birthday and stuff

so Decklan's 2nd birthday has come and passed. it was on the 20th of august. We didn't have a party that weekend because we were headed out to the lake, and he didn't really know what was going on so it was good. we had the party this past weekend on friday. there were approximately 14 people here, very busy house but awesome time. We had some really tasty chinese food from a place called T & T. great food, and then we had an ice cream cake and decklan opened his gifts. It was a beautiful 28 degrees out so we were outside all night. Decklan enjoyed opening the card to the wrong gift and then stopping mid way through cuz he saw something he liked better. It's his birthday i guess. We bought him a bunk bed for his birthday, it hasn't been put together yet but it's from ikea and it's gonna be sweet. Just a plain 'ol wooden bunk bed but i remember how awesome mine was when i got it so ya. He got some money and we put that toward a new mattress. he got some toys, some sheets, and even a little bit of clothes. thanks to all those who came!
