update....finally

so it's been a while since we last posted. We've been super busy with work and me playing ball and all that. Decklan is almost 2 now, august will be his birthday. He still doesn't talk a whole lot but he communicates very well. He loves playing hockey with the sticks matante suzanne bought him for christmas. He sings, though we don't know what he's saying, he claps at the end. Helping daddy with yard work is what he mostly loves to do when he's outside. He likes to carry bricks from this pile we have and throw them into his little pool. He saw us to that in the winter when we were trying to catch some water from an eavestrough that wasn't doing it's job. oh well. he's helpful. We celebrated cousin Colby's 1st birthday a couple weekends ago and had a great time. He still loves going to daycare, well at least now that daddy's home, i had some trouble dropping him off while dad was away, but we're good now. he also decided one day to take his luggage to daycare so we showed him how to pull it and he loved it. We've been out to the lake and he got hurt real good a couple times, but just kept on truckin'. we think he'll really like it there. we're gonna go out again at the end of this month with auntie laine and uncle blake and colby and streaky. He still plays his games by trying to trick you into getting something else while he steals the remotes or the phone. I have a few pics to post just to show you how he's doing. The sweater he's wearing was made by his matante suzanne. he had to wear it last weekend because, yes it snowed a little and was very cold.
