this was decklan's 4th birthday, i tried following a monster truck theme which turned out much better than i thought. he seemed to like it so it was great!
the kids had some time to play in the sprinklers on sunday as it was nice and hot outside. and after spending 3 days at the lake it was nice. The three of us went out to the lake on friday night and stayed till sunday afternoon. the weather was amazing and the kids looooved playing out in the yard. we were joined on saturday by memere and pepere and kelsey. it was a great time.
uncle chris built us this nice fence/gate so that our hooligan children don't run out of the yard into traffic. he did an amazing job, thank you again!!
the kids and i spent a day/night out at colettes cabin a couple weekends ago, weather wasn't great, but the sun did poke through a couple times, and decklan was helping Cass suntan. he also played that game for a long time.
we had some company visit us from ontario. Andre, Lina, Maxime and Eric came all the way here to visit us and we had a great time. it was really nice to see them.
as you can see, Decklan aspires to look just like daddy some day! haha!
