well it's been a little while. Christmas was a great success and the kids, especially decklan loved every minute of it. He got lots of cool presents, but i must say he hasn't taken off the goalie equipment he got from matante suzanne since Christmas morning. He even napped with it on that day. The kids got tons of amazing toys, clothes and even some bonds. Keira is already sitting up on her own and we've started feeding her real people food kinda. She had some toast the other day so is not overly fond of the mush i try and feed her daily. She got a tooth boxing day so that was a nice gift to us. Richard and i were gone to Jasper for 4 days from the 20th-23rd. it was fantastic, though a little long to be away from the kids in my opinion. We snowboarded 3 of 4 days, which left me almost unable to walk but it was a blast. we decorated the tree, we went to pepere's christmas party, we had awesome visitors from wonderful saskatchewan our friends steph and matt along with their two kids Kaden and Ireland and we babysat Colby a few weeks back and he's been here a couple times playing hockey with decklan. 
the new year is sure to bring some new and exciting elements to our life which we are excited to face head on. Hope everyone had a merry Christmas and wishing everyone the best in the new year.
