aw man, it's been a very long time, sorry for those avid followers who are disappointed everytime you come here. I have lots of time now, I'm done work!!!! hurray!!! I'm just about 37 weeks now(friday) and can't wait to meet our little girl. We have been so busy lately that we haven't had time to do much else.

we did some renos, richard and blake installed a sub-floor in our third level(we live in a 4 level split) and then we got some new carpets put in. we moved our room into that level and moved decklan into our old bedroom. We have set up the nursery in decklan's old room. Getting rid of old stuff, putting stuff away. We had crap everywhere. We had a garage sale a couple weeks ago at Laine and Blake's house, got rid of some stuff which was nice.

Yesterday my mom and dad came over and we did the garden and planted some flowers, i couldn't move this morning but I'm good now. my back apparently is not a big fan of me doing things. Hopefully our stuff will grow like last year and it'll be yummy.

Decklan is doing great, he's growing up to be such a little man. we haven't tried pushing to potty train him but when he wants to procrastinate he asks to go on the potty and does something everytime he goes on. hopefully when he's done daycare in june I can work with him on it a little bit. He wasn't showing any interest until about 2 weeks ago. he still weighs about 35 lbs and is well over 3 feet tall. He loves playing any kind of sport, hockey mostly, and baseball. he's addicted to watching Toy Story 1 & 2 right now. He wears a buzz lightyear hat he got and on top of that a woody cowboy hat. He's really excited to meet his baby sister, he actually thinks she lives in my belly button( which i guess is kinda true), but he kisses her and hugs her and tells her he loves her, all through my belly button. Hopefully he'll be just as excited when she gets here.

he's secretly a hoarder, we found him sleeping one night with all the books we have in his room (23) to be exact. and this is what happens when you give him smelly markers to color with. at least he picked purple it's my fave!
